INGREDIENTS

Jujube, Ziziphus jujuba Mill.(seeds) E.S. titrated. 2% in Jujubosides, Griffonia Griffonia simplicifolia (seeds) E.S. titrated 95% in 5-HTP, Melissa Melissa officinalis L. (leaves) E.S. titrated  4% in Rosmarinic acid, Passiflora Passiflora incarnata L. (flowers) E.S. titrated 3.5% in total flavonoids calculated as Vitexina, Valeriana Valeriana officinalis L. (root) E.S. titrated 0.8% in Valerenic acid, L-Theanine, Melatonin.

Co-formulated (ingredients): purified water, fructose, glycerol, acesulfame K, citric acid, potassium sorbate, flavouring.

INFORMATION

Jujube: has sedative properties (insomnia, anxiety) and contributes to mental wellbeing.

Melissa: has digestive properties. It promotes the elimination of gases, thus regulating gastrointestinal motility. It helps relaxation and mental well-being. It normalises mood. It has antioxidant properties.

Griffonia: normalises mood. It has anti-stress properties and helps promote mental well-being and relaxation (sleep). It also controls the feeling of hunger.

Passiflora: helps relaxation (anti-stress and neurotrophic properties) and mental well-being. It regulates gastrointestinal motility and helps the elimination of gases.

Valerian: has an important neurotrophic action; it is a sleep aid and reduces mental stress.

Melatonin: rapidly induces sleep.
